I am a warm, open, practical, and down-to-earth psychologist experienced in adult and adolescent psychotherapy. I provide individualized treatment utilizing the latest evidenced-based processes for a range of modern day challenges. My clinical approach emphasizes neuropsychological principles to help encourage experiential emotional learning and transformation. I specialize in client-centered and multicultural informed treatments for anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relational problems, and managing chronic pain.

I received my Doctorate in Psychology, PsyD, from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco and received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California Santa Cruz. I completed my Internship at San Mateo Medical Center and my Post-Doctoral training at Mission Psychology Group. I have been serving clients in the Bay Area for over 10 years and have become an expert with helping my patients manage the stressors of living and working in our demanding culture.
In my free time, I am an avid musician and I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and friends.
